Summer Trends

This summer we have two fantastic trends that are easy to do and super cute to wear! The first is an old favorite: The Braid. And second is a brand new trend: Feathers.

The Braid
To the side, in pigtails, a French Braid, a messy braid,  the list of ways to wear it is only limited by your imagination! My personal favorite is a less popular style called the Waterfall Braid. Here is a great tutorial on the basics of the style.

The Feather

Some blame Steven Tyler for this trend as he has been sporting it for many years now. I'd prefer to thank the fly fishermen for my inspiration. Have you seen how pretty their flies are? They are exquisite!  No matter who the originator was, I'm just nutty about this style! The best part is that there are so many ways to wear them!
